1. Spreadsheet using Google Sheets
As part of my task being an Admin in an Trending Bags - Online Selling, we’re using Google Sheets to input all the details needed such as Name of Customer, Product Name, Quantity, Price of the Item and the Total Amount. After that, we are directly messaging the Customer's Invoice for them to ready their payments. Here’s the sample of my work below:
After the Invoice, we also have files for Record of Orders and Deliveries. In this sheet we input the Names, Items, Price, City, Payment Method and Remarks for easy access to the information and status of the orders. Kindly check the sample below:
For the last file in our Google sheet, we separated delivery details for our delivery rider/man. We just input all the details however we also add here the shipping fee and rider's name. This is actually for customers who want to pay cash on delivery however we still have customers who want to pay thru online banking.
2. Courier Application
And we also have J&T courier who shipped nationwide here's the sample record on their apps once we shipped the orders.Please see the picture below:
