Hi! I'm Rowena Balondo, 32 years old, and a graduate with Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have seven years of experience in food industry and four years experience as a Dining office administrator. These roles have helped me build strong skills in communications, organizations, coordination, attention to details, technical proficiency, time management and adaptability. I specialize in administrative support, calendar and email management, customer service, data entry, and more.
Outside of work, I love to take photos & videos, visit historical places and enjoy the sunrise and sunset at the beach. I'm passionate about learning new tools and innovation, and always looking for ways to improve my skills. I strongly believe that integrity are best thing that a person should have in life, together with accountability, responsibility, optimism, gratitude, and curiosity.

*Performs Administrative duties such as screening telephone calls, answering and sending emails, coordinating appointments, meetings and maintaining filing systems and organization of Maitre D’ Hotel
