 Balancing: Perform run up of source document and ensure that the total tally against individual

outward checks against the Host Total Comparison Report, send to clearing before the branch
cut off. Ensure that total actual outward is correct.
 Reports: Prepare complete and accurate Daily reports such as ON2 Report, List Research,
Teller’s Log, SOC partial and final, Compute IST and COH in the run-up, IBLAR, email outgoing
checks EMS etc., Weekly Reports: Weekly fund level, Monthly Reports, Declaration of Tax
withheld deposit liabilities peso and dollar Monthly Fund Level, Outstanding Deposits Liabilities,
and AP, AR counterfeit notes, cost of funds, Due to/from BR’s FCDU and Peso, WXT-MERALCO,
PLDT, and Rentals, Branch supplies inventories, etc.
