As a hotel receptionist, my primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the front desk or reception area of the hotel. Welcoming guests, verifying their reservations, and providing them with the necessary information and keys for their stay. During check-out, I'll settle any outstanding bills and ensure guests have had a satisfactory experience. Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints. This can include providing information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and arranging for additional services like room service, laundry, or wake-up calls. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service, and representing the hotel in a positive manner.
As the owner, I am responsible for managing all aspects of the milk tea shop's daily operations.
