I am personally using Google Sheet to collect Customer's information because Google Sheets is flexible, collaborative, secure, and great for data-driven work.
I also prefer to use Google Docs for documents because Multiple users can edit and comment simultaneously. Your work is saved automatically and accessible anywhere but with the Control who can view, comment, or edit your document.
