Data Entry

Invoicing and Manual Data Entry Process
As a Billing Analyst, I handle invoicing through Omega iLoader, and one part of the process I genuinely enjoy is organizing the data that comes with it. After each invoice is created, I manually extract key details, such as the Invoice Number, Account Name, Region, Dates, and Billing Months, and input them into an Excel file for accurate reporting and tracking.
This task allows me to apply my attention to detail and love for organized data. It’s a routine I’ve grown confident in, and it reflects my commitment to accuracy and efficiency, qualities that I’m excited to bring to your team as a Data Entry Virtual Assistant.
