My journey in the Call Center Industry has been both exciting and fulfilling. I have always been passionate about meeting my overall performance as an agent which has driven me to explore and excel in this area.

Regarding my educational background, I graduated from Bestlink College of the Philippines with a Computerized Office Management 2-year Course and am currently taking a Bachelor Course Major in Marketing at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
