My journey in the BPO landscape has been one of international exploration, where I've expertly managed accounts in two key sectors - the Travel Agency industry and Telecommunications (Telco), collaborating closely with one of the foremost prepaid carriers in the United States. Over the course of 5 exhilarating years, I've had the privilege of offering support through both voice communication and non-voice channels, including live chat assistance, often handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

In my role as a Customer Service Representative for a prominent telco/prepaid carrier in the US, I expertly managed both voice and non-voice (live chat) support, effectively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
My responsibilities included assisting customers through both verbal and written channels, ensuring they received swift and accurate solutions. I handled a diverse range of tasks, from plan recommendations and billing inquiries to technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
In my role as part of the Escalations Desk (Tier 2) in the travel agency, I have been entrusted with a pivotal responsibility of fielding supervisor calls from discerning customers and addressing inquiries from our frontline agents and Tier 1 team.
My day-to-day operations involve processing an array of tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ranging from complex reservation alterations to intricate travel logistics. I am adept at communicating effectively through email, facilitating seamless correspondence between our travel partners and our valued customers.
My flexible roles range from contacting travel agents, hotels operators, and airlines with the aim of crafting unique travelling moments.
One major part of what I do is successfully scheduling and checking off on all the flight reservations, which have to correspond with their travelling plans. I am experienced at assisting in flight modifications/cancellation, dealing with unexpected change, and customer satisfaction through successful remedy.
Additionally, I always call forward to travel agencies and airlines in advance. This makes it easier for people travelling either on official duties or just out of pleasure with us.
