-Handles the receiving, sorting and distribution of incoming documents, correspondence and administrative duties.
-Introduces the types of loans and credit options that are available and suited to their needs including the terms.
- Analyzing and assessing clients’ financial status, credit, as well as property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans. -Prepares the Real Estate Mortgage and Loan Agreement for Mortgage Annotation on Registry of Deeds.
