Administrative/ Accounting Staff
-Creating, processing, and analyzing accounts payable activities within the business.
-Preparation of various payment types, discrepancies between invoices and payments, posting/filing of bills,
credit/debit memos, reconciling bank statements for purpose of credit checks and outstanding balances.
-Handles the receiving, sorting and distribution of incoming documents, correspondence and administrative duties.
-Scheduling meetings and visitors, managing calendars, interfacing with external vendors like printers,reception
services, etc. overseeing bills, financial duties such creating bank deposits and disbursements reports etc.
-Performing routine tasks such as opening mail, filing, answering phones and typing reports according to established
procedures.
Loan Specialist
-Introduces the types of loans and credit options which are available and suited to their needs including the terms.
-Analyzing and assessing client’s financial status, credit, as well as property evaluations to determine feasibility of
granting loans.
-Prepares the Real Estate Mortgage and Loan Agreement for Mortgage Annotation on Registry of Deeds
-Prepares all legal forms needed for release of loans.
-Prepares collection letters in consonance with the bank policies on collection and at the same time reminds the
clients before their due dates through phone calls.
