I’ve spent my career delivering top-notch customer service in the Canadian telecom industry, where I honed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy in every interaction. I worked as Rachelle’s mentor for more than 6 yrs and she’s always been highly committed to her job. A compassionate colleague who is willing to help her teammates. There have been challenges but she remains optimistic and open-minded in order to overcome them.
