Created a tracking tool to monitor certificate deliveries by recording key details such as courier, branch, tracking number, delivery status, and recipient. This system ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in monitoring shipments, reducing delays, and providing real-time updates for easy follow-up.
2. Customer database
Developed and maintained a comprehensive customer database to centralize client information, track training requests, and monitor status updates. Implemented advanced filters for efficient search and data organization, applied data validation and dropdown menus to ensure accuracy and consistency (particularly in status and date last updated), and applied structured formatting to streamline reporting and client follow-ups.
3. Monthly and Annual Activity Tally
Designed and implemented a tally form within the customer database Excel sheet to consolidate monthly and annual client records. Utilized formulas and automated calculations to categorize status updates (Closed, On Hold, Signed, Under Review, Pending) and generate accurate totals. This streamlined reporting process, improved data visibility, and enabled quick performance tracking for better decision-making and client management.
