As a PRO VA trainee, I was tasked to search and collect data of the customer's mortgages. I used Google Spreadsheet to input all these information including the Customer's ID, Gender, Location (any country or city in US and Canada), Position, Education, Salary and Mortgage Outstanding.
Google Sheets is a powerful tool for entering, organizing, and managing data online. It allows me to input information accurately, apply formulas for quick calculations, format data for better readability, and collaborate with others in real-time. Its functions like VLOOKUP, FILTER, and SUM make it easier to process and analyze large amounts of data efficiently, making it ideal for both simple and complex data entry tasks.
My mentor also assigned me a task to search and collect the top 30 CEO in Australia. I used Microsoft Excel to input their data such as their First Name, Last Name, Title, Website, Facebook URL Link, Instagram URL Link, LinkedIn URL Link, Email Address, Company Name and Company Address.
Microsoft Excel provides a structured platform for accurate data entry and management. Its advanced functions, data validation tools, and visualization capabilities support efficient organization, analysis, and reporting of information, ensuring both precision and scalability.
While studying bookkeeping, I frequently used Google Slides for class reporting, which helped me gradually become familiar and comfortable with the tool. Google Slides allows me to input and present data using tables, charts, and text boxes. It’s ideal for sharing and collaborating on data in a clear, visual format.
As an aspiring Data Entry Specialist, I am highly familiar with using Microsoft Word. I frequently use it for content writing, allowing me to efficiently create, edit, and format documents with accuracy and consistency. I am skilled in applying styles, organizing content with headings and tables, and ensuring professional document layouts. My experience with Microsoft Word helps me produce clear, well-structured content while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
