I worked as an e-commerce virtual assistant in a US-based company. I handled my client's two stores in Shopify. My main tasks were, adding the tracking numbers, checking customers' order statuses, creating refunds and replacements, coordinating with the warehouse, order fulfillment tasks, and answering customers' inquiries.
