As a customer service representative, my role is to assist customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and issues. I am the customer's primary point of contact with the company, and my goal is to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

My journey as a Customer Service Representative starts here. My first job was as a Process Associate in a finance account at one of Alabang's biggest BPO firms.

Always giving my best, and I am grateful that my former employers appreciate and recognize it.

Overall, my experience was incredible; I learned a lot from giving the spiels to growing my confidence in dealing with upset customers to gaining commendation. My perspective has shifted dramatically, and I've realized how important my function is to a company or organization. Being a Customer Service Representative, Process Associate, Customer Care Representative, or whatever they name us provided me with a sense of purpose.
