Hey, there! This is Nicole Anne Elcano Diego, but feel free to call me "Nics". I was born and raised in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, but at the age of 21, I wanted to explore outside of my comfort zone, broaden my horizon, seek self-growth and make some character development, which made me decide to move out of our house and begin living independently—in my happy place, the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio City, Benguet, and became a working student to finance myself.
I took up Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at PHINMA-University of Pangasinan and also earned my International Diploma in Hospitality Operations at School D’ Hospitality Institute-Singapore. During my 4 years in College, I was a consistent Dean’s Lister, and an Academic Scholar as well.
I was a Content Moderator at ByteDance (TikTok Philippines), and a former Sales Reservation Specialist at IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Aside from working as a Corporate Employee, I was a Freelance Promotional Model, Content Creator and a Social Media Manager.

- Reviews user-generated content such as captions, images, and videos. This would involve checking for any violations of TikTok’s policies, including hate speech, violence, harassment, nudity, or other inappropriate content.
- Moderates at least 800-1000 videos per day, with 90%-100% accurate policy tagging.
-Responsible for answering inbound calls from IHG guests in North America, assist guests with reservations and other hotel related inquiries, and provides elite customer service to our guests while promoting/selling our hotels.
