I previously managed a facebook page by planning and creating contents, answering customers inquiries,
concerns and process orders through Facebook Messenger. I also engage with the customers through comments, shares and Facebook story. I handled end-to-end customer experience from responding to
inquiries, closing sales, to processing product delivery. Built a strong base of repeat customers through efficient customer service and engagement. I also created some contents to post on the Facebook page using Canva as well as generate ads.
