SAMPLE WORK: Psychological Evaluation Report

This is an excerpt of the psychological evaluation report that I wrote during my clinical psychology internship last October 2022. The report presents a thorough evaluation, assessment, and identification of needs and treatment based on the case of the client assigned to me. The report was accomplished after conducting psychological assessment interviews and psychometric tests. Identifying information about the client was blurred for confidentiality purposes.
