Here's my created a google sheet for potential industry partnership including the contact details. I sent letters of intent to each lead and narrowed it down to hot leads.  

This is a consolidated data of every batch we handled during their placement period. 

I created a manual monthly sales report via Excel file for revenue tracking.  This task includes daily monitoring and updating then submit to finance department EOD.
