I oversee its management by utilizing a content calendar in Excel format and a content planner to effectively plan my weekly posts. I also analyze the page's insights to determine what my audience is likely to enjoy, search for, and comment on, which is part of my social media strategy. I employ organic social media marketing techniques, keeping up with trends and observing my competitors to generate new ideas while saving money. To increase brand awareness, I create infographics, graphics, and designs to attract users and showcase the quality services we offer. Additionally, I am responsible for creating daily post content using productivity tools to and add captions with hashtags. Lastly, I prioritize engagement to address user concerns effectively.
I am responsible for entering data into the computer system to make sure that the information contained in a file is accurate and up-to-date. I used Microsoft, Google Spreadsheets and Documents for encoding data. In Microsoft docs, I made a report with regards to the inventory of the firearms holder on what is the up-to-date status of their firearms. I made a complete database on excel and google spreadsheets with the complete details as to their name, address, make, caliber and serial number of their firearms also their status e.g sold firearm, firearm holder is deceased, license is up-to-date or not, et cetera. Every week I will came up with a consolidation report and send it to their email by converting a docx file into pdf vice versa.
I also used PowerPoint presentation for weekly validation on what my latest data base had. Furthermore, I am listening to the audio and convert it into word. In addition, with regards to the conversion of files, I am also doing pdf to docs, excel to word, image to word, audio and video to word, et cetera.
I done vetting personal injury cases, email outsourcing, converting image to PDF using Adobe, intake document procedures, and other ad hoc tasks.

This encompasses a range of tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and generating financial reports. Collaboration with accountants is often necessary to guarantee the accuracy and comprehensiveness of these records.
