Work Description
- Assisting in recruitment process by advertising job vacancies thru the following social media app: Facebook, indeed and Jobstreet
- Reviewing resumes and scheduling interview via zoom, google meet and face to face.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, which includes orientation
- Experienced in preparing payroll (weekly and semi monthly) ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and deductions. In compliance with the standard labor code.
- Enroll employee benefits in different employee program and mandated benefits
- Providing and imposes strong HR Policies and Procedures.
- Experienced in drafting Company Official memorandum, show cause memorandum and HR standard Operational Procedures
