-Identify employee training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs.
-Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular performance reviews are conducted.
-Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in,workstation,email address, etc.)
-Serving as point person for all new employee questions
-Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resource Management, compensation and benefits.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
-Monitoring staff performance and attendance
-Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
-Posting Job Ads and organize resumes and Job Application
-Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
-Preparing New employee files
-Processing weekly and semiweekly payroll of employees, which includes ensuring vacation and sick leave time are tracked in the system
Answering Payroll Concerns
-Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
-Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolution, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
-Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Maintaining current HR files and database
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
-Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
-Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
-Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and unbiased manner.
-Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
