I manage the end-to-end day-to-day operations across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and Etsy. My responsibilities include product listing creation and optimization, order processing and tracking, inventory management, customer service support, performance monitoring, and policy compliance. I ensure that all stores run smoothly, listings are updated and competitive, and customer inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. I also coordinate with suppliers, update pricing and stock levels, handle returns/disputes, and provide weekly performance reports to ensure the business stays on track and meets sales goals.
