I sorted 2000 emails into separate folders and labels to make room for upcoming emails that are urgent and important and to reduce overcrowding future emails.
Calendar Management
I developed a color-coded calendar system using Google Calendar to organize appointments and meetings, differentiating between personal and professional schedules.
Meeting Management
I created meeting notes for the participants to see the agendas that needed action.
Travel Management
I created flight recommendations for the client curated for their preferences, and to choose what they prefer the best. I also made a flight itinerary so that it can be easily viewed using the phone and less hassle juggling in the entire flight.
Expense Management
I created a basic invoice this section.
