-I handle detailed records such as project/job codes, client information, costs, and progress updates. I make sure that all data is accurate, updated on time, and kept confidential. My work involves preparing and maintaining reports like the production tracking sheet, monitoring performance, and supporting the smooth flow of operations.
Sellers Ranking with Monthly Sales Monitoring
-My role is to prepare and maintain real-time sales performance reports. I track and record monthly production data for individual agents and teams, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. My responsibility includes consolidating sales figures, ranking agents based on performance, and identifying the top-performing teams. I also generate year-to-date production summaries, highlight trends, and provide management with actionable insights to support decision-making. Through these reports, I help the company monitor sales goals, evaluate productivity, and recognize outstanding performance across all teams.
