Data Entry
In order to ensure accuracy in data entry, I have
established a few protocols that I use when working as a credit controller
1. I always double-check all the data that I have entered. I ensure that the customer’s name, address, contact details, account number and any other relevant information is accurate and correct before proceeding with the process.
2. I also review the accuracy of the information that other credit controllers have entered. This is to ensure that all information is consistent and up-to-date.
3. I also utilize various audit tools to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies in the customer’s data. These audit tools help me to identify any errors or discrepancies in the customer’s information and take corrective measures.
