During my enrollment in the General Virtual Assistance Program, I specialized in Social Media Management. My main project was overseeing the Facebook Page "OOTDBy Athena," where I concentrated on content creation, and scheduling.
Despite the absence of a sales focus, my objective was to foster engagement and facilitate messaging. In addition to my practical experience, I proactively pursued an in-depth Social Meadia Management program to further elevate my skills and knowledge in this field. 1. Assist the Account Manager on Quality Control document request by replying to the customer's email to acknowledge the request, gather all info and send request to PM or QC department. (ingredient related)
2. Follow up with PM and customer to ensure request completion in timely manner
3. Enter offline quotes and send to corresponding customer service member
4. Assists with sending reminders of past due invoices to customers as necessary
