9 years being a Payroll Master using MS Excel, to tally employee's attendance and deductions. Also in-charge in payment of mandatory benefits and tax remittance.

                                                    Annualization Report

Annualization report calculates the total taxable income and tax due for the whole year per employee. Ensures Accurate Year-End Tax Computation.

                                                    Payslip

Issued to employees every pay day indicating their Regular Working Day, Overtime (if any), Night Differential, deductions and other earnings. 

                                                                           HR Report 

HR Monthly Report includes employee demographics, man hours and trainings conducted from the previous month. 



    Onboarding Orientation 

It is the initial session held for new employees to welcome them to the company, introduce them to the workplace culture, policies, and expectations, and guide them through the tools and resources they’ll need to start their job successfully.
