* Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
* Prepare and process bi-monthly timesheets for payroll, ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, tardiness, leaves and absences.
* Handle HMO administration, including enrollment, cancellation and correction of member details.
* Ensure timely and accurate remittance of government-mandated contributions and loans (e.g., SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG).
* Research and resolve employee questions about significant payroll issues.
* Ensure complete and timely last pay computation including clearance, attendance and required documentation.
* Participate in the development, discussion, and amendment of HR and operations policies.
* Oversee performance evaluations and salary review processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
* Develops and implements Departmental budget.
* Facilitates professional development, trainings and certification activities for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations; regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices.
* Assist the finance department in maintaining the disbursement book and filing payment-related documents.
* Determine compensation and offer reward incentives.
* Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
* Disseminate memoranda, notices and policies in a timely manner
* Compose necessary documents needed in an administrative proceeding or grievance, if any, and ensure proper handling of such case.
* Participate in new developments to continually improve efficiency of the HR *Department and organization, and to improve employee experience
* Document employee records such as but not limited to 201 files, performance evaluation, attendance, and/or other related documents.
* Prepare Alphalist and 2316 of Employees yearly
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
1. Recruitment Management
-Processing of personnel requisitions; checking of vacancy requested vs. approved table of organization (TO).
-Handling of recruitment and hiring administrative duties, including placement of job advertisements; scheduling of interviews and tests.
-Conducting of preliminary interviews for screening and shortlist purposes; endorses for further interviews.
-Administration, checking and interpretation of in- house employment examination to applicants.
-Conducts background checking and preparation of summary of qualifications.
Preparation of employment papers (for new hires) or regularization papers (for newly-confirmed employees).
-Conducts all new employee orientations.
-Plant tour facilitator for newly-hired different departments, in coordination with the head of the department(s) where the said newly-hired employees are assigned.
-Keeping of all employees’ 201 files in an organized, well-labeled, neat and secure manner;
Updating of employee master list on a monthly basis.
2. Time keeping and Payroll
-Input and validate employee’s daily time record
-Checking the accuracy of Overtime
-Release salary via cash
3. Employee Relations
-Attending employees’ concerns.
-Assisting employees with their requests.
4. Compensation and Benefits
-Process employee’s Mandatory Benefits (SSS, Pag Ibig and Philhealth)
- Assist employees in filing loans and updating of dependents
5. Admin Works
-Application of work permits
-Process Business Permits for the batching plant
-Assist day to day employee’s concerns regarding on their benefits
-Processing of separation pay of retired, resigned and retrenched employees
-Preparation of monthly attendance report for payroll purposes
