As a social media manager, I managed a Facebook page that sold Japanese, US, Canadian, and Thai products in 2020. We offered beauty products, clothes, shoes, bags, and medical supplies. My job role was to provide customer chat support, create a content calendar, set up ad campaigns, and target audiences. I established a strong visual brand identity, monitored analytics, and effectively used hashtags and keywords.
