This is my own Facebook page, which I created and manage. As the social media manager for an online clothing business, I developed strategies for increasing followers, create and manage social campaigns, create content, actively responded to inquiries and comments, provided exceptional customer service. I effectively raised our Facebook page and TikTok followers as well as online customer orders.

I'm using Canva to plan what I would like to share on social media and when. It helps me keep track of what I'll share, ensure that my postings are consistent, and plan ahead for future content.
