As a medical VA, I prepare and submit reports to our clients based on the data we gather from patients who use durable medical equipment such as oxygen, wheelchairs, CPAP and BiPAP machines, hospital beds, and more. We contact these patients, obtain their updated healthcare insurance information, and inquire about their in-network providers. All the information we collect from the patients is documented in a worksheet, which is then submitted to our clients as a report.

In addition, I was in charge of reviewing billing statements and adjusting any erroneous credits. I meticulously kept track of my tasks by communicating with healthcare providers through emails, scheduling patients for appointments to obtain their latest medical records, and submitting claims to insurance companies.

I ensure that I provide accurate details to the client by sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports. These reports contain a comprehensive breakdown of the tasks that have been completed, as well as any important updates or concerns that need to be addressed.
