I enjoy work in these field even with the hectic schedule and sleepless nights, as I love meeting new people and working with diverse employees/staff as well as learning a lot from them along the way.
Currently I am an aspiring Virtual Assistant who is very willing to be trained in other roles so I can broaden my experience with new tasks and challenges.

• Provide support and create balance in the time and scope of executing projects under direct supervision of the Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
• Act as a guide to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator, keep track of all activities, and ensure that we track our progress with deliverables and are on schedule in order to meet deadlines.
• Provide onsite support to Project Manager and Project Coordinator on high profile projects such as ADIPEC, WFES, IDEX, Special Olympics, and World Urban Forum.
• Recruiting, Scheduling, and Checking feedback of all the staff for selection from registration, cashiers, ticketing, gate scanners, ushers, and supervisors to make sure they are positioned at the location and role where they will excel in.
• Communicate with the supervisors, resolve any live issues onsite, and ensure that all complaints and issues are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
• Closely supervise the staff and ensure that we meet the required manpower support onsite, and rectify any shortage immediately from the assembly point. Perform audits, managed roster timesheets and ensure that every staff report on time, are debriefed on time and take their breaks according to rosters.
• Memorize key areas within and around the venue and important event information in order to expertly provide guidance to staff and guests, and oversee the customer service staff in designated areas.
• Ensure the highest level of service is provided to guests. Assist the customers with their inquiries and report any significant issues to the Area Manager.
• Provided exhibitors with information regarding their stands/booths.
• Acted as immediate point of contact to exhibitors if in need of any assistance, provided guests with directions around the exhibition halls, and helped guests find their way to the exits and pick-up stations.
• Distributed show guides with the locations and show & conference timings for the day. Ensured that guests were informed about our Special Tours and Shows.
• Assisted guests in filling out consent and registration forms, and completing data entry at the end of each shift. Ensured 100% accuracy of details entered for on-the-spot security clearance.
• Managed badge issuance and payment transactions for conferences.
• Handled event packs (containing access passes, event information, etc.), inquiries and registrations of sponsors, professional speakers and VIPs.
• Introduced speakers and doctors presenting at the conference, announced items on the agenda and recognized sponsors. Ensured that the speakers are in attendance and on schedule for their sessions.
• Adhered to protocols for Lost Children and directed lost children towards the Lost Child Tent along with a colleague.
• Reported lost and found items and surrendered them to the designated head security after each shift.
Manage and implement marketing campaigns, providing information about customer buying trends.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Ensure all data entry tasks are done on a timely and organized manner with 100% accuracy.
