Taking and processing payments of customers on the service that they availed with the company.
•Responsible for setting appointments for the customer on what date and time they want their product to be delivered or installed.
• Answering calls from clients that is asking an update on their packages.
• Answering calls from service technicians about their job order for every customer
on their list, helping technicians to add additional services that is needed for the
job to be completed.
• Doing Outbound calls to some customer that needs to be notified if there will be
some changes on their scheduled appointment with the company.
• Setting appointment for customer's on what date do they want their products to
be delivered and installed.
• Processing customer's payment if additional payment is needed for the service
to be completed.
Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, and take orders.
Processing payments thru a website or a application to collect payment on customers, while protecting payment details.
Processing of entering information and properly organizing records in a database or computer system.
Create and Maintain the schedules of individuals or teams within an organization.
