Data Entry Works
This document provides an example of data encoding in Microsoft Excel for the purpose of tracking all the invoices we needed for our monthly bank reconciliation in the Accounting Software (Tripletex), if that invoices was already provided or still missing.
Sample Work #1: I gathered list of 20 customers who have an outstanding balances. This was accomplished as part of our General Virtual Assistant (GVA) Training on June 15, 2024, conducted by the PRO VA.
Sample Work #2: I researched Top 30 CEO in the USA together with some of their information or credentials. I entered and organized those information in the Microsoft Excel. This was also accomplished as part of our General Virtual Assistant (GVA) Training on June 15, 2024, conducted by PRO VA.
To ensure accuracy while typing at a speed of 55 words per minute (wpm), I use automated tools like spell checkers, grammar checkers, and autocorrect features. Additionally, I employ manual practices such as proofreading, slow and deliberate typing, and reading text aloud. Developing typing skills through touch typing and regular practice, along with understanding the context and learning from mistakes, also enhances accuracy. Feedback from users is invaluable for continuous improvement.
