Administrative:
- Verify, monitor and take appropriate action on the updating and settlement of utilities and maintenance contracts such as telephone, water, maintenance and labor services
- Assist the onboarding team organize motorcycle events, such as onboarding new bikers and retention program like the Jamboree and basketball league
- Perform a monthly inventory of supplies, including ordering and replenishing
- Update the company’s payments, licenses and permits
- Responsible for purchasing tickets and providing accommodations for employees
- Process request of office supplies, bikers kit and marketing request
- Vendor management
- Ensure that all areas of responsibility are kept clean and tidy
- Ensure that all electrical, refrigerating, mechanical, equipment, tools and appliances are properly maintained and serviceable
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment, from hiring to termination of employment
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment requirement of the candidates
- Conduct background checks prior to employment
- Entry of employee data and retention of employee records
- Organize orientation of new employee/s
- Respond to employee requests for human resources related matters
- Monitor unemployment claims
