Executive Virtual Assistant

I used Google Calendar to manage the schedule and appointments of my clients. It helps him/her notify any upcoming schedules through his/her device once it is linked to his/her email account.
Here, I just used Google Docs for creating, editing, or adjusting any document such as my client's travel booking/itinerary. This is a sample hotel booking from one of my clients who will have an appointment out of the country. I just easily save it to any file type and then send it through email.
