In my previous roles, I gained expertise in managing the inventory of IT equipment, presenting QMS data to auditors, and efficiently using MS Office. I excel in replying to emails using both Office 365 and Gmail, and I am proficient in saving files on SharePoint or Google Drive. Additionally, I have experience creating WiFi credentials accounts, exporting files for inventory, and conducting research as needed.
