Five years ago, I was a Management Information System Associate (MIS Associates)and Secretary to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of a manufacturing company (RDL Pharmaceutical Company Inc.). Multitasking is the most challenging part of it, and I was able to handle it well. But for personal reasons, I needed to quit my corporate job.
As an MIS Associate, I am the one responsible for establishing work procedures and schedules and keeping track of the daily work of our technical staff. I am also the one who set up and maintained a paper and electronic filing system for records.
As a Secretary to the EVP, I am the one responsible for supporting executives and management. I also provide administrative support and perform numerous duties, including writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing calls, and answering questions and requests.
I am excellent in MS WORD and EXCEL, I am also good at research and typing. I also have experience in working as a part-time virtual assistant. I was handling the customer support live chat and email.
Recently, I am working as an E-commerce customer support. Part of my tasks is tracking orders to specific carriers and answering customer emails as well as answering customer queries, chargebacks, Stripe, and Paypal refunds.
I am hoping to find another opportunity to have a stable job and stream of income, at the same time, I also hope that I can help you build your business while I practice the skills I already have and learn more as I grow with you.
