• Sending Letter of Guarantee to the hospitals or providers once the hospitalization or medical request is cover.
• Make inbound and Outbound calls for clients inquiry and follow up.
• Answers email of clients filing a claim of their insurance and communicates with the claims department regarding client's concerns.
• Communicates with the provider like car rentals, medical evacuation provider, ambulance provider, funeral provider and concierge service to request their assistance depending on the case or client's request.
• Creates request for payments of specific service.
