• Answering phone calls to provide customer service assistance.
• Answers email of clients filing a claim of their insurance and communicates with the claims department regarding client's concern.
• Communicates with the provider like car rentals, medical evacuation provider, ambulance provider, funeral provider and concierge service to request their assistance depending on the case or client's request.
• Creates request for payments of specific service.
• Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventories such as brochures, corporate profiles, flyers including corporate giveaways and other similar marketing tools.
