Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.Identify and access customer's needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method, process and tools.Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and file documents, Billing adjustment and advised Basic Troubleshooting for their internet/landline connection.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
