The image attached is the Jollibee Customer Database for Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur, created using Google Sheets. This dataset provides a detailed record of customer transactions, including personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses), purchase history (items ordered, quantity, price, total amount, and order numbers), and payment methods (credit card or cash). It also records special requests such as delivery instructions and food preferences. Using Google Sheets has made data entry, organization, and analysis more efficient. The tool’s features, such as filters, sorting, and formatting, allow for faster and more convenient data management. With filters applied, searching and categorizing customer information is streamlined, ensuring better tracking of orders and improved service quality for Jollibee.

For the assignment no. 2 is a collection includes three structured datasets: Jollibee Customer Database, Customer Mortgage List and Top 30 CEO in Japan. The Jollibee dataset records customers transactions, including purchase details, payment methods, and special requests. The mortgage dataset tracks customers financial data such as salary, mortgage balance, and education level. The CEO list provides key professional details like company information, contact links, and social media profiles. This data was organized using Google Sheets which allows for efficient categorization, quick retrieval of specific data, and better visualization. The filtered view applied enhances data accessibility, making it easier to track patterns, compare details, and maintain accuracy. You can access the data here:
