Data Entry and Report Management

During my 2-year tenure as a Quality Analyst, I developed mastery in data entry and management. Our primary tool for handling audits, QA scores, and generating dashboards was Microsoft Excel. I would like to showcase two specific project audits that highlight my expertise:
Financial Error Tracking: I was responsible for managing a comprehensive year-to-date file in which our clients reported financial charges, often indicating potential booking errors made by our agents. My role involved carefully validating the errors and meticulously logging them in the Financial Error Tracker. By utilizing pivot tables, I was able to provide valuable insights into month-to-date and running financial charges, broken down by site, manager, and team.

Sales Applicability Report: In response to low sales, our team implemented a tracker to assess the effectiveness of agents in promoting and selling our products and services. Within this report, I captured agents' names, selected relevant answers, and provided feedback for improvement. By utilizing a pivot table, the report showcased which teams demonstrated effective selling techniques.
