I made the decision to change my career because I saw the potential in myself to fulfill all the tasks required by clients through my experiences and basic knowledge as a virtual assistant. - Encode all informations needed on the tool provided by the company. Making sure that all leads will be qualified that matches the specifications as per campaign.
- Turning cold leads to warm leads by conducting surveys over the phone to verify if we’re talking to the right prospects.- Making sure that we will be able to determined decision-makers for our Conversion team to set an appointment for our Sales Team.
- Handles outgoing and incoming collection calls.
- Collects overdue debts and inform clients about their payment duties.

In this non-sales position, my role would involve simply asking consumers if they are interested in learning more about our products. If they express interest, I would provide them with detailed information about the products. Afterwards, I would transfer them to a specialist who can further assist them based on their specific needs. The main focus of this position is to ensure that consumers receive the information they seek and are directed to the appropriate specialist for any further support required.
