I am enthusiastic, determined, and open-minded, and love to push myself to study and do things that I find most interesting. Being a virtual assistant, in my opinion, is a difficult job that tests an individual's capacity for independent yet disciplined labor. I have therefore invested in myself on training and online courses to become one. In terms of work ethics, I thought of myself as being devoted.

Making sure that clients feel supported and valued while providing prompt and accurate responses to callers, coordinating a lot of incoming and outgoing calls quickly, process financial transactions precisely and quickly.
Handle phone calls and take messages, schedule staff meetings that sometime includes reserving conference rooms and ordering foods, prepare memos and reports, handle communications via email, perform and file system management, interview patients in order to complete documents, case histories and forms. Handles patients interaction per day, appoint schedules, friendly and polite service to ensure their satisfaction, places records and blank history sheets in order , Schedules appointments for examinations in hospital clinics, according to nature of illness.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
