Typing Test
During my high school and college years, I had the opportunity to participate in typing tests at school. Through regular practice, I was able to achieve a typing speed of 50-52 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 99-100%. This experience helped me develop my typing skills and prepared me for tasks requiring speed and precision.

I have developed a strong expertise in utilizing various office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. This proficiency continued to grow where I frequently used these tools for academic projects, data analysis, and presentations. Today, I effectively apply my skills in these applications in my professional work, ensuring efficient document creation, data management, and impactful presentations.
Spreadsheets Work
During my school projects, I used Excel extensively to organize and encode data systematically. This skill was invaluable during my internship at the MDRRMO in Buenavista, where I created a mobile app about evacuation areas using spreadsheets. By leveraging Excel’s data management capabilities, I developed an app that effectively mapped and detailed evacuation zones, improving the accessibility of critical information. Additionally, during my internship at ProVA, I used Excel to create organized and detailed monitoring reports on customer purchases, which streamlined data analysis and reporting for the company.
Presentations Work
In 2022, I had the opportunity to lead a project as a finalist in a pitch deck start-up innovation competition. I used Canva to design and present our project, effectively highlighting its key aspects and potential. For our capstone project, I developed a prototype design that demonstrated how our system worked and showcased its features. This hands-on approach allowed us to present a tangible vision of our project, illustrating its functionality and impact with clarity and precision.
Word
During my internship, I conducted surveys across all 25 barangays and their respective puroks in Buenavista. My work involved meticulously listing all the evacuation areas and documenting the available facilities. This comprehensive data collection effort ensured that emergency management information was accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, I managed various encoding tasks, organizing and inputting the collected data systematically to support efficient data retrieval and analysis for the department.
