Hi, I’m Kyssa — but you can call me Kesang. I’m a 24-year-old Filipina from Butuan City, Philippines, with a deep passion for all things digital and a heart for helping businesses grow.
With solid experience in E-commerce and Social Media Management, I specialize in product listing and optimization across platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. I’m well-versed in keyword research, ad copywriting for Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads, and handling data entry using CRM and project management tools such as GoHighLevel, Filevine, Trello, Notion, and Asana.
On the creative side, I bring brands to life through clean, minimalist graphic design and video editing, using tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro. I focus on creating visuals that are not only attractive but also tailored to resonate with your audience.
My mission is simple: to make your work easier and more efficient—whether it’s through scroll-stopping content, streamlined data processes, or SEO-driven strategies. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable, always aiming to provide meaningful contributions that help your business succeed.

Freelance / Local Business Support
After completing my project with Marilou’s Homemade Pasalubong, I continued to apply and grow my skills by supporting two local businesses in my community—YSD Fitness Gym and YSD Surplus Store.
For the gym, I created and filmed content focused on fitness tips, workout goals, and client motivation. I launched promotional campaigns and fitness challenges that encouraged engagement and helped build a small, supportive community among gym members.
For the surplus store, I helped market a variety of dry goods and imported items by creating simple yet effective product showcases and promotions. My goal was to highlight the uniqueness of the products and make them more relatable and appealing to local buyers.
Through both roles, I handled content planning, photo and video editing, writing captions, and creating strategies that fit the personality and audience of each business. It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to contribute to local growth while sharpening my skills in organic marketing, branding, and audience engagement.
Aspiring Social Media Marketer & General VA | Internship-Based Experience
As an intern at ProVA Philippines, I completed a 10-hour foundational training program designed to introduce aspiring Virtual Assistants to the diverse roles within the VA industry. This training covered the core responsibilities of a General Virtual Assistant, including task management, communication tools, client handling, and workflow organization across multiple niches such as social media, admin, eCommerce, legal, and executive support.
Following the training, I chose to specialize in Social Media Marketing, where I successfully completed all the practice-based tasks and requirements to qualify in this niche. I created a 1-month content plan which included photo and video editing, caption writing, and hashtag and keyword research to improve audience engagement and reach.
Beyond social media, I also gained hands-on experience performing administrative support tasks—from email and data management to schedule coordination. I was also exposed to other essential areas like legal research, financial record handling, and recruitment assistance.
Although I have not worked with a real-world client yet, this internship gave me practical, guided experience in the day-to-day tasks of a virtual assistant. I’m now eager and fully prepared to bring what I’ve practiced into action, support real clients, and grow professionally in the virtual assistant field.
Freelance / Passion Project
At Marilou’s Homemade Pasalubong, I took on the role of Social Media Marketer, where I filmed the products, edited photos and videos, and created content that was visually appealing and aligned with the brand. I promoted the products organically through strategic planning, consistent branding, and by crafting engaging content tailored to our target audience.
I wrote compelling captions and researched effective hashtags to increase visibility and drive engagement. I also developed tailored strategies to help grow the business’s online presence and attract more customers.
Thanks to these efforts, we saw a noticeable increase in customer interest and product demand. However, due to the overwhelming volume of orders, the business owner eventually decided to pause operations, as it became physically challenging for her to keep up with the supply.
Although this was a small-scale and passion-driven project, it allowed me to apply and enhance my skills in content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategy—giving me hands-on experience in growing a brand from the ground up.
I offer clean, minimalist graphic design services that elevate your brand and captivate your audience effectively.
I offer SEO services, optimizing your site to enhance visibility, attract more traffic, and drive business growth.
