I worked at Amazon for 2 years as a Problem Solver ISS (Inbound Support System). Working as an OFW for almost 8 years in two different GCC countries made me more stronger independent woman, ambitious, willing to work hard, take all the risks, a positive thinker, and always grateful for life which helps me to inspire my daily work. Sorting problems on the floor, often raising tickets to identify POs, unlabeled items, mis-ships etc. Also answer and resolving inbound tickets within the defined SLA, and carrying out bin checks to confirm we are selling the right item.
Manage emails, letters, packages, and other forms of correspondence. Create and update databases and records for personnel information, attendance sheet, and other data. Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
