Hi, I am Khrista May D. Cadapan, 27 years old living in the Philippines. Loves to travel and enjoy watching K-Dramas .
I'm currently working in the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. My first experience was processing end to end claims for an American Health Care Insurance and also handled and protected confidential client data under HIPAA and ISO policies. Second, I was Customer Service Agent, I cater to client's requests for enquiries and alterations via email for an Australian Insurance Company. Currently, I work for an American Company that focuses on creating tickets for conducting inspection for properties that needs to be insured. I attended ProVA training to extend my knowledge as a Virtual Assistant and focus on being a Professional Virtual Assistant.

Good organizational skills is also one of my priorities as managing large volumes of data and keeping track of completed and pending tasks is important to me.
