I worked in the BPO industry for 6 years . My first experience was processing end to end claims for an American Health Care Insurance and also handled and protected confidential client data under HIPAA and ISO policies. Second, I was Customer Service Agent, I cater to client's requests for enquiries and alterations via email for an Australian Insurance Company. I also worked for an American Company that focuses on creating tickets for conducting inspection of Personal and Commercial Properties that need to be insured. I attended ProVA training to extend my knowledge as a Virtual Assistant and focus on being a Professional Virtual Assistant.
